Keri Ladouceur

Keri is the founder of New Ground Network, and Lead Coach on client engagements. She pastors alongside her husband at Vineyard Christian Church. As a coach, Keri serves pastors and church leaders by facilitating processes that catalyze them towards seizing their unique vision and develop their team’s capacity. Her coaching has been shaped as a former marketplace executive, pastor and senior leader at Willow Creek Community Church, with more than a decade of coaching Pastors and non-profit leaders. The thrill of launching more than 90 missional communities and having a front row seat to the missional engagement of 100s of churches is exhilarating to her. She is an associate on the Exponential team where she teaches at conferences and contributes to their leadership resources. Her newest project is launching a podcast that facilitates conversations exploring the tension of following Jesus and the invitation for the Church to pace culture. Keri, Marc and their two kids Leah and Liam have a blast looking for adventure in their hometown of Florence, KY and exploring their downtown of Cincinnati, Ohio.


Ralph Moore

Ralph Moore is the Founding Pastor of three churches. He and his wife, Ruby, currently pastor Hope Chapel Honolulu. He spends his free time walking, reading and hanging out at the pool. Like his preaching, his written words deliver solid truth in a humorous and unassuming manner. Beginning with just 12 people, the Hope Chapel 'movement' now numbers over 2,300 churches, worldwide. These are the offspring of the 70+ congregations launched from Ralph's hands-on disciplemaking efforts. Ralph currently travels the globe, teaching church multiplication to pastors in startup movements. He's authored several books, including Let Go Of the Ring: The Hope Chapel Story, Making Disciples, How to Multiply Your Church, Starting a New Church, and Defeating Anxiety. Catch his blog at

Myron Pierce

Above all, Myron first is a family man, married to his wonderful wife Kristin. Together they keep life busy and exciting as they raise four beautiful children, Jericho, Judah, Jayce, & Presley. Myron previously worked with Abide and was a Pastor at Bridge Church in Omaha, Ne. Myron currently leads a new church plant in inner-city Omaha called Mission Church. He graduated from Grace University with a degree in biblical studies, and business leadership. He's written two books, started two churches, three businesses, and a nonprofit entrepreneurial incubator. His life's mission is to inspire hope in the heart of every person he meets. He's taken the life-transforming power of Christ and, his message of hope to thousands of people.
