Nathan Camp

Nathan Camp gives directional oversight and strategic leadership to StartCHURCH through his role as the Chief Executive Officer. Drawing from his unique experience in for-profit and nonprofit sectors, Nathan brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion to the StartCHURCH team. He desires to see churches and ministries equipped and inspired to pursue the dreams that God has put in their hearts. He never tires of seeing the look of joy on pastors' faces when they are empowered to start right and stay right.

Nathan lives in Lawrenceville, GA with his wife, Lisa. He has three wonderful children and a very codependent chocolate lab named Mac.

Larry Walkemeyer

Larry Walkemeyer grew up as a Kansas farm boy but responded to God's call to urban Long Beach, Ca. Since taking the leadership of a dying "anglo" church in 1991, Larry has led "Light & Life" to be a multi-ethnic and missional church that serves as a model for churches across America. The church has started dozens of churches in the US and internationally.

Larry also serves as the Director of Equipping and Spiritual Engagement for the largest church planting resourcing ministry in the world - Exponential (exponential.org).

Larry has authored or co-authored 10 books and is a frequent conference speaker in church and business settings.

Larry holds a Doctorate from Azusa Pacific University and is the recipient of the Centennial Award recognizing him as one of the most influential students in 100 years of Azusa's history. Currently he serves on the Board of Trustees for APU.

Married in 1978, Larry's wife, Deb holds a doctorate in church leadership from Fuller Seminary and is an expert in Missional Leadership. Together they enjoy snow and water skiing, biking, long beach walks, traveling, and hanging out with their family.

Bill Couchenour

Bill serves as Director of Learning Communities at Exponential. He primarily serves network and denominational leaders. He also provides strategic and operational oversight of Exponential’s R&D and expanding educational opportunities.

Keri Ladouceur

Keri Ladouceur has built several ministries over the last 14 years including two of Outreach Magazine's fastest growing churches in America.

She also invested a decade in senior leadership at Willow Creek Community Church, most recently building their leadership pipeline after launching over ninety missional communities. She is currently serving as a pastor at Vineyard Christian Church and the founder of New Ground Network. She and her team co-conspire with pastors and ministry teams across the country in Vision Conviction, Strategic Planning, Alignment, Team Health, Leadership Residency and Equipping so that they can pursue new opportunities for Kingdom Impact. Her passion is to see the local church thrive in each unique context and expression, to partner with God in the redemption and restoration of the world.

Keri is married to Marc and they have two incredible kiddos, Leah and Liam.
