Cracking the Code of 21st Century Ministry
Episode 4 — Rethink Team Building

Your entire team shares this calling…

Here’s the one question you need to consider when choosing a potential team member:

Is this person on mission with Jesus?

Fill your team with disciple-makers on a mission to seek and save the lost (Luke 19:10.)

In this episode, we’re interviewing Dr. David Docusen. He and his family have successfully built a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural team in an urban community. David cultivated a strong group of people while navigating cultural tensions in a challenging environment. He’ll share how he found the right people and provide insights into building a successful team.

This episode is all about team-building.

  • Discover the one characteristic everyone on your team should have

  • Understand how to find the right people

We are better together!

“I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one—I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.”
John 17:22-23
