Ray Hudson

Ray has had a passion from a young age to do meaningful work that truly impacts the lives of people. He believes it’s important to choose “Purpose Over Preference.” Ray found purpose and meaning through his relationship with Jesus, who gave up his preferences to give his life for humanity. The starting place is creating a safe place where people can “Belong Before Believing.” His passion is to help people rethink their pre-conceived notions about faith in Jesus.

Ray is married to his wife of almost 13 years and they have 4 children, Gabriella, Zeke, Bella, and Leo. He is passionate about making his wife and family more important than what he does.

Dr. Melissa Patton

Dr. Melissa Patton serves as the Chief Operations Officer at both Victory Church and The Victory Corporation. She is an impassioned educator as well as an innovative and thriving entrepreneur. Melissa has devoted a lifetime to assisting people to better understand their purpose and potential through the vehicles of education, business development, and strategic planning. She received a bachelor’s degree in English and creative writing from Drake University, a master’s degree in community counseling from Concordia University, and a doctor of education degree in higher education and organizational change from Benedictine University. She's married to Pastor Stanley and they have two sons Micah and Mason Patton.

Steve Pike

Steve Pike is the founding director of the Church Multiplication Network and led church planting for the Assemblies of God. Recently, he left the Assemblies of God leadership and became the founding director of the Urban Islands Project, a forerunner of city-focused church planting strategy.

Jason Bowman

Jason lives outside of St. Louis with his wife Ashley and their two children. He is passionate about helping people live life to the fullest. His 20 years of ministry experience include: National Young Adult ministry, church planting, as well as staff roles at large growing churches. As a founding partner at ArtSpeak Creative he has helped the agency grow from 2 to over 15 team members helping hundreds of organizations across the country and around the world cultivate their stories of life change. As a certified speaker, consultant, and coach on the John Maxwell Team, Jason has personally worked with for-profit executives and some of the largest ministries in the country. His personal story of radical life change sets a foundation to come alongside any person and any organization and help them grow.

Patrick Bradley

An experienced practitioner in the practical nuts & bolts of planting churches, Patrick has directly supported scores of church planters since 2007. As a project manager for Passion for Planting, he walks alongside church planters during their 7- to 10-month prelaunch phase, helping them with everything from filing formation paperwork to plotting strategies and creating healthy systems for the new church. He helps planters put wheels on their vision so that it becomes reality.
