I Woke Up In Heaven



Heaven is near. Triggered by the recent passing of his mother, pastor/author David Putman has been on an all-out search for glimpses of heaven and eternity. As he read books and studied Scripture, and reflected on life situations (such as the joyous homecoming of his son from military deployment), Putman says he has begun to understand the full depth of Ecclesiastes 3:11: “He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.”

“I am convinced that heaven is closer than we think, that the abundant life has already begun,” Putman writes. While we will all walk through trials in this life, Putman shows us that we can all learn to look for those moments of heaven breaking through.
