We all worship someone or something, and for many of us, technology and/or the habits enabled by technology shape our worship. If we are to make space and better know ourselves, we will need to rethink our relationship with the online world and recalibrate our patterns in more constructive ways. Our struggle with time and busyness is not just a structural or habit-based challenge, but a spiritual one – in wrestling with our need for more space, we come to more deeply reflect on the meaning of life, and in doing so, better know ourselves.
