LEADING YOUR TEAM WELL
Strengthening Church Staff Teams
Co-hosted by William Vanderbloemen and Kadi Cole, this series explores common issues that leaders face when trying to manage a staff team. A practical, down-to-earth conversation on how to navigate tricky situations that seminary didn’t train you for.
Mental Health Support for Staff
Mental health is an important but sensitive topic for churches and church staff teams. If you’re leading a staff, you’ll need to think through what kind of support you will offer your staff team in this area – insurance, paid counseling services, spousal support, sabbaticals, leaves-of-absence. And in the midst of all of this, at what point does a health issue disqualify someone from leadership?
In this webinar, William Vanderbloemen and Kadi Cole are joined by doctors John Walker and Charity Byers of Blessing Ranch Ministries. Together, Walker and Byers have served thousands of pastors and have become experts in navigating mental health issues in the church.

Her final role was as Executive Director of Multisite in which she oversaw all campuses, built a campus launch strategy, and created the Kaléo School of Leadership, an innovative leadership development system for growing campus volunteer and staff teams from within the congregation.
In 2016, Kadi transitioned from full-time church leadership to working directly with leaders in business and ministry through Kadi Cole & Company as well as key roles with Leadership Network, Replenish MInistries, and Multisite Solutions. Kadi works extensively with multi-site churches, technology businesses, and individual leaders from a variety of professional settings. Kadi’s newest passion project is to help church leaders who want to do a better job developing the female leadership talent in their congregations.
In addition, Kadi is an engaging, practical, and down-to-earth speaker and writer on a variety of topics related to leadership, organizational development, spiritual growth, parenting, and living a full life. We are better together!
“I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one—I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.”
