What is a roundtable?
1 Day | Ted-Style Talks | Inspiring Content | Conversations Leading to Multiplication
An Exponential Roundtable event is similar in scope to running three worship services on a Sunday morning (except the music is optional and the high-quality messages are prerecorded)!
Leaders are hungry for...
Choose from 6 unique multiplication themes for a powerful event. Exponential provides a full library of resources for each topics for hosts to use.
“Becoming Five” has become a manifesto of sorts for pastors and planters by defining a practical vocabulary and framework that courageous leaders like you can rally behind and grab onto. Understanding the Becoming Five framework will cause leaders to close the gap between aspirations for multiplication and the strong tensions that constrain the church to addition-growth thinking. Speakers include: Rick Warren, J.D. Greear, Mark Batterson, Cynt Marshall, Ed Stetzer, and many more!
Do you long to be a Hero or a Hero Maker? Discover the 5 practices of Hero Makers who come alongside others who become the heroes in our church’s unfolding story. Leading a level 5 multiplying church requires Christ-like humility, dying to self, a God-given, Kingdom vision and a daring shift in the following practices: Multiplication Thinking, Permission Giving, Disciple Multiplying, Gift Activating, and Kingdom Building. Speakers include: Dave Ferguson, Andy Stanley, Albert Tate, Carey Nieuwhof, Ed Stetzer, Nancy Ortberg, Leonce Crump and many more!
2020 highlighted more than ever the critical need to mobilize the church. Do you want to move from simply recruiting volunteers to actually mobilizing people on mission for Jesus? The theme focuses on how each of us are called for more in our lives, churches, and networks. The breakthrough Made for More theme outlines 6 Shifts for a Culture of Mobilization aligned with the 6 chapters of Ephesians. Speakers include: Francis Chan, Albert Tate, Keri Ladouceur, and more!
The recent past has left us with more questions than answers when it comes to making disciples and multiplying the church. Will things ever get back to normal? And if so, is that a good thing? Should we focus on online strategies, press into new forms for gathering, or hybrid models? Will church leaders need a new form of training, preparation, and funding? What about buildings, giving, staffing, technology and planning? Many pace-setting churches, like you, are beginning to look to the future and prepare for an even greater impact for the Gospel. Dig into key topics and conversations that will equip you to be a trusted guide for the future of the Church.
Most people would agree that the Purpose of the Church is to: “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you”. Yet, in most places, we see very little in the way of even adding disciples, let alone multiplying disciples. There are 3 key Dimensions of Multiplication—Disciple Making, Mobilization, and Capacity Building—that should be pursued to see multiplication in our generation.
We long to see Jesus’ prayer in John 17 answered, “that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me.” It’s in this increasingly divisive cultural moment, the call that we are Better Together has never been greater. Will the church find its place in championing and modeling diversity and unity? It starts with healthy conversations! Speakers include: Efrem Smith, Albert Tate, Bryan Loritts, Miles McPherson, Tiana Spencer, Soong Chan Ra, Léonce Crump, and many more.

The Roundtable Experience
Each session includes one or two high-quality, TED-style talks.
Exponential has built six Core Libraries of curated content on church multiplication including popular themes like Becoming Five and Hero Maker.
We press into critical church multiplication topics and conversations that point toward Jesus’ core mission to make disciples and reproduce churches while navigating major shifts in church and culture.
Incorporating music is at the discretion of the local host. Exponential recommends the scope be limited to 1-2 people leading in a more acoustic approach in shorter worship sets.
Roundtables prioritize creating time and space for conversations critical to multiplication, mobilization and increased collaboration.
Hosts have access to a library of creative elements for use in the program including still graphics, animated graphics, bumpers, and creative story videos.

—Jim Moss, City Church Tulsa
“It was a very powerful day – everyone who I talked to was moved and motivated to continue the conversation, form networks and partnerships and see how we can ‘go and love together.’ [The attendees] all were impressed by and grateful for the resources Exponential provided and your courage in making this the focus of these gatherings.”

Moving Forward with Hosting an Exponential Roundtable
We are better together!
“I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one—I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.”
