Jeff, a native Canadian, has served since 2009 as National Church Starting Team Leader for the Canadian National Baptist Convention in Oakville, Ontario. He has worked as a church planter in various areas in Canada since 1995. He also served as senior pastor of First Baptist Church, North Battleford, Saskatchewan, from 1989 to 1995. Jeff earned a B.A. degree in communications at Southwest Baptist University, Bolivar, Mo., and his M. Div. at Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary, Cochrane, Alberta, Canada. He and wife Laura are the parents of two children and live in Oakville, Onta In his leadership consulting practice, Dr. Cloud works with Fortune 500 companies, churches, Christian ministries, and small businesses. He has an extensive coaching background, and experience as a leadership consultant, devoting the majority of his time working with CEOs, pastors, and leadership teams to improve performance, leadership skills, and culture. Dr. Cloud is the bestselling author of books such as Boundaries, Integrity, and Necessary Endings. His work has been featured and reviewed by the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Boston Globe, Publisher’s Weekly, Los Angeles Times, and many other publications.

JESSIE CRUICKSHANK

Jessie is a licensed Foursquare minister and regional denominational leader. She's a demonstrated disciple-maker and experiential education neuroscientist. She is a nationally recognized leader in the fields of Experiential Education and Educational Neuroscience and holds a Master’s from Harvard in Mind, Brain, and Education. Jessie is a published academic and has edited several books on the application of neuroscience and cognitive psychology to the field of education. She and her husband currently live in Denver, CO. In his leadership consulting practice, Dr. Cloud works with Fortune 500 companies, churches, Christian ministries, and small businesses. He has an extensive coaching background, and experience as a leadership consultant, devoting the majority of his time working with CEOs, pastors, and leadership teams to improve performance, leadership skills, and culture.
