Darryl and Steph Answer
Darryl and Stephanie Answer are CCD practitioners in Kansas City, Missouri. Darryl was born and raised in London, England, while Stephanie is from the Kansas City area. Together they do community work in neighborhoods on the eastside of Kansas City. After a few years of living in their neighborhood and building relationships, they invited a small group of neighbors to a Bible study in their home. This was the birth of the New Community Church. Today, New Community Church exists to build community, make disciples, and be the church. They do this by being a spiritual family of grace, healing, and liberation; being missional disciples who follow Jesus and live out their calling; and by being deeply rooted in their neighborhoods. They bear witness to the power of presence while living an integrated faith, being a good neighbor, and helping ordinary people follow Jesus and live out their purpose. Their desire is to see wholistic transformation of neighborhoods through the good news of the Kingdom of God.

Jade Richards
Jade Richards is from Birmingham, England, and is currently on a mission to reach the hip-hop culture and bring Christ to the forefront of media by serving at The EDGE Urban Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Whether through preaching, hosting, or the spoken word, Jade has a passion and skill for communicating the gospel in relevant and effective ways. Using her experience at BBC Radio 1 and 1xtra, Jade’s latest venture has been creating and hosting Hustle Pray Eat: The Podcast which allows her to spread the message and movement to an international audience.
Jennifer Benton
Expert. Innovator. Creative mastermind. Those are just a few words that describe who Jennifer Benton is. Jennifer is the founder of Jenetic Marketing Group, host of the BLK Lyte Digital Podcast, and the director of communications at Mount Hermon Baptist Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received her start in digital marketing and media as the Instagram strategist for New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Lithonia, Georgia, in 2014. Since that time, Jennifer has been a guest blogger for HuffPost, a contributor for Church Marketing University, a sought-after conference presenter, and has worked with numerous ministries in the US and abroad.
