ChurchNEXT — Essential Discipleship

Featuring Auxano

Getting to the heart of the matter:

Essential Discipleship.

David Putman’s ministry resume spans three decades and reads like a seen-it-all ministry veteran: part of planting two churches that have grown to mega-churches, baptized thousands of people, written multiple books, and traveled around the world helping churches.

But, with everything he has seen and done, David has never witnessed a moment as exciting and effective as what he’s seeing now in discipleship. In just over 15 months, David’s been shepherding a local disciple-making movement that has developed multiple streams and multiplied to three generations. He started with a simple idea, thats grown to a network of small scale discipleship huddles across his community. David’s gotten to the most effective, and contagious, heart of the matter: Essential Discipleship.

Join our host, Auxano Senior Lead Navigator Bryan Rose, as he and David plumb the depths of this incredible disciple-making movement and moment.
Here’s a sneak peak at what they will cover:
• David’s multiplication story that has landed him right in the middle of a disciple-making movement right where he lives work and play.
• Five simple principles that every disciple-making movement must have.
• Starting a micro-groups.
– What happens when Cross Fit becomes as much about the Cross as getting Fit?
• Three rhythms of an effective micro-group strategy
• Can Micro-groups flourish in an existing church?

We are better together!

“I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one—I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.”
John 17:22-23
