In the video, Dimetra talks about how we build our churches as castles. How does understanding privilege help us refocus on building God’s kingdom instead of our own castles?

  • Why is it so difficult to see our own privilege?

  • How does Jesus give us an image of laying down our privilege?

  • What are some practical ways that we can lay down our privilege or use it to empower those less privileged?

We are better together!

“I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one—I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.”
