An Online, Interactive, Weekly Pastor’s Guide to Accelerating Multiplication
Episode 5 — How to Create a Culture of Multiplication: The Culture Alignment Tool

In Episode 4, Ralph and Myron will interview Parker Green, leader and founder at SALT Churches.

“We need to equip our people to have something that others want and then teach them the power of walking alongside,” writes Ralph Moore in a recent article.

This show highlights Exponential’s core church multiplication frameworks with a focus on the everyday, practical nature of how the concepts can help pastors and church planters make disciples and multiply churches.

This weekly show brings Exponential’s frameworks to life through conversation and story with Ralph Moore, Myron Pierce, and an “in the trenches” leader who is putting the particular episodes framework into practice.

Each of the guests embodies the practices of multiplication as living examples of various stages along the Multiplier’s journey.

Parker Green

Over the years Parker has become obsessive about the person of Jesus. He believes that wherever discipleship to Jesus is taking place, the church will take shape naturally. He believes in a church without limits and believes that individuals can live a life fully alive in Christ; with signs that follow.

Parker Green worked at Hillsong in Sydney before moving to NYC as a campus pastor in a large church.

Called back "home" to Southern California, he's planted a church which is a cluster of microchurches. Together they've reproduced their "church of churches" in several other cities and now Costa Rica.

Parker is a husband, father, and leader. He’s passionate about seeing people walk in a full life of Salvation and Discipleship…and Crossfit.

We are better together!

“I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one—I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.”
John 17:22-23
